WATER END HOMES
Water End Homes is a niche developer based in Bedfordshire, building individual, very high quality homes.
Part of a privately owned group, together with Water End Properties (offices and commercial) and Denison Land & Planning, it is owned and run by Chartered Surveyors Jeff Streule and Steven Smith.
We don’t have lots of employees or a flashy website (as you’ll have noticed) - we simply concentrate on building 10-20 beautiful houses each year, obsessing about quality workmanship, materials and real attention detail.
Our current scheme in Cranfield (due to be completed in Spring 2022) comprises forty three 2, 3 & 4 bedroom houses incorporating exceptional design and top quality materials, including:
